How long will it take to ship my order?
At Bird Dog Outdoor, we know how exciting it is to put your hands on that new gear, so we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order please email us right away at support@birddogoutdoor.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order after it has shipped.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please notify us at support@birddogoutdoor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with the details for your request and we will provide you with a resolution within 24-28 hours.
