Refund policy

Returns:

Because Bird Dog Outdoor is a small business that hand makes each product when ordered, we only offer exchanges or store credit for purchases made; we do not offer refunds.

Returns are only accepted once approved by us and affixed with a Bird Dog Outdoor Return Label. The cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Bird Dog Outdoor does cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 3-day cooling-off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Time Frames:

While our goal is to ship all orders within 48 business hours, that is not always possible. In certain circumstances, it may take longer to ship products. If that time frame will exceed 7 business days, we will always reach out and notify you as soon as possible.
